Anders Valentin advises Danish and international clients in all areas of IP (patents, trademarks, copyright, design, marketing law) and Life Science & Healthcare with a primary focus on litigation and contracts. Anders has considerable experience as a litigator in preliminary injunction proceedings, preservation of evidence and main proceedings, including Supreme Court proceedings, as well as in the coordination of multi-jurisdictional litigation.
Anders served for many years as part-time lecturer in Intellectual Property at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen and co-founded the annual Nordic Intellectual Property Law Moot Court (NIR). Teaching the subject Design Law, he was for several years also part-time lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (The School of Design). He has written several articles on IP and Life Science & Health Care matters and provided input to international works of reference concerning IPR. Anders also contributes regularly for Denmark to the  Kluwer Patent Blog.
