Multinational Litigation Coordination

Drawing on our comprehensive international network in IP litigation, we can assist you with assembling an international team of IP specialists and develop and coordinate a strategy that takes into account the pros and cons of litigating a case in several jurisdictions – whether as rights holder or prospective defendant.

While in some cases it may be beneficial to litigate in several jurisdictions simultaneously, in others it may be preferable, for instance, to make use of local procedures to gather evidence in one jurisdiction in order to base litigation on such evidence in another jurisdiction.

Arbitration and mediation

While litigation before the ordinary courts is by far the most common and thus covers a vast majority of IP disputes in Denmark some of the members of the IP team are also experienced within ADR and mediation.
